Brief Introduction of Sleep Improvement-Music Therapy

Release date【2019-8-13】 Browse【1172】times

Music therapy uses IMAGINCE digital audio technology, which has been developed through more than 30 years of clinical neurological research in the United States. It optimizes the original music and then injects it into your brain. It can make your brain into a deep sleep state, and train your brain to fluctuate in the direction of extreme relaxation. Help you achieve "perfect sleep" all night.

Sleeping Sound Therapy, High-end Music Technology

1、A kind of music element through multi-step modulation process of high-tech music, so that the sound quality is more calm, can affect the effect of sleep.

2、Music that puts the brain into optimal sleep.

3、A kind of music that can train the brain to learn how to fall asleep quickly and regain energy.

Music therapy sounds like rhythmic music with subtle elements added to the register. Our IMAGINCE technology enables us to transform rhythmic music into sleeping sound therapy without altering the experience of listening. So you will only be able to hear very subtle differences in range. Most people can't hear non-audio changes; people with musical cells may be able to hear more changes. If you can hear fluctuations in the sound therapy for sleep, what you hear is actually the key to successful sound therapy for sleep. These differences and subtle fluctuations in sleeping sound wave therapy are very important brain beneficiaries.

What is Brain Wave

When a neuron is released in the brain, it emits electricity for about a millisecond.

Because billions of nerve cells in the brain are constantly firing and shutting down, this often produces a "microwave" effect that has been commonly known as brain waves. Sensitive medical devices (electroencephalograms) measure brain waves by measuring electrical levels on the scalp. With the discovery of EEG, different frequency bands and sub-EEG (in Hertz or "frequency", from 0.3 to 40) are further found. According to what happens in a person's head, the brain emits a variety of brain waves. For example, the brain waves of a sleeping person are very different from those of a fully awake person. Over the years, brain observation equipment has enabled us to discover that different brain waves represent different states for a person's health and mental state. Just as our physiological system is active in a busy, tired and tense state, sleeping in a relaxed rhythm, our brain activity is at different levels of intensity, repeating these different intensities day and night.

Following is an overview of the four main EEG activity descriptions, as well as the guided mental state.

BETA β波 (13-40 Hz13-40Hz)

Concentration, Consciousness, Focus, Cognition

You are awake, attentive, highly aware and alert. Your mind is agile and focused. When you're ready to do something that requires concentration, it connects quickly and easily. In beta state, a large number of nerve cells are triggered quickly, which helps you improve performance unless you are troubled by flickering intuition. When you are creating excess beta brainwaves, it can lead to anxiety and panic. The low frequency of beta brain waves will help you concentrate and improve your intelligence, cognition and IQ. At the frequency of beta brainwaves, you will enter a super-concentrated, hyper-alert, sensitive and fast state: optimizing alertness. This particular state is most conducive to dealing with complex information and making efforts to understand it initially.

ALPHA α波(7-13 Hz7-13Hz )

Visualization, Relaxation, Originality

Your brain activity changes from an active mode to a more rounded alpha wave state. In the alpha wave state, you can really relax, expand knowledge, accelerate learning, and increase creativity. New ideas and problem solving flashes into your mind like lightning. It's fleeting. You will experience a state of relaxation that is peaceful and happy. When alpha brainwaves become more dominant, logical left brain activity, usually as a filter or inspector's subconscious, drops alert. This makes it more intuitive, emotional and creative, and deep in the mind lies only awareness below the threshold, which is becoming more and more influential.

THETA θ波(4-7 Hz4-7Hz )

Intuition, Deep Thinking

As your brain relaxes, you enter a subtle and mysterious theta-wave state, relaxing to almost sleep. It is impossible to explain why theta brainwave states occur after one's own nervous activity. Theta waves can give you flashing fantastic images, early memories and turbulent inspiration. Pipa waves allow you to enter a state of meditation where thoughts drift. Because theta brainwaves exist widely, you may feel that your mind is boundless and takes you into a divergent state.

DELTA δ波(0-4 Hz0-4Hz )

Unconsciousness, Sleep

Among all the brain waves, the frequency is the slowest. The delta brain waves are long-term, deep and fluctuating. The most common connection is deep sleep. Your deep delta state of EEG activity is a state of synchronous, harmonious relaxation of two hemispheres. The Delta State promotes physiological function and accelerates healing. Generally, the human brain is operated according to all the above EEG frequencies, although there is always a dominant EEG frequency. It is this large number of dominant brain wave frequencies that determine our mental state.

Significance of Brain Wave

We've all gone through a period of time, and we seem to be doing our best. Our body and spirit, like precision instruments, have achieved an extraordinary transcendence: a real peak experience. What happened in the human brain and how did they perform well?

Clinical research, psychiatrists'empirical research and psychologists, educators, therapists and doctors' opinions are combined to draw a generally accepted conclusion: the state of mental function improvement is always associated with specific activity patterns and brain operation, and changes the brain's microelectric activity. Brain waves are powered by a huge network of neurons at different frequencies and modes, which we call brain waves. Brain observation devices allow us to monitor how waves occur in the brain. We can accurately measure EEG patterns and determine the frequency and intensity of pulsations through thousands of neural networks in the human brain. We found that physiological brain waves are produced when people enter peak performance. Through monitoring special performers, it is found that certain EEG frequencies are associated with people's relevant strengths. When geniuses like Einstein and Edison come up with amazing new ideas, when artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci and Picasso draw, and outstanding chess masters like Bobby win a chess game eight steps ahead, we can know the exact frequency of brain wave activity. How to optimize my brain wave, enter the ideal mental state and perform the best state? The answer can be found by looking at the principle of induction. What is induction? If you jog with another person at the same speed, row with another person at the same speed, or sing with another person at the same beat, you will experience the most common inducement.

What is induction?

In 1656, Christian Huygens, a Dutch scientist, was granted a patent to the first pendulum clock creator, greatly increasing the accuracy of time measurement. About 10 years later, Huygens found that installing two pendulum clocks side by side had a strange effect. The pendulum will slowly synchronize with each other and form a mutual rhythm; a common rhythm and rhythm is so precise that it can be kept synchronized accurately without mechanical intervention. According to George Leonard, this happens because nature seeks "the most efficient energy state, and cooperative beating requires less energy". This phenomenon is considered to be "induced" by the combination of two oscillators.

The solar system rotates in harmony, dust moves in the sky at the speed of the wind, and a stick floats in the river at the speed of the current. Only in this way can they move most effectively, so we put forward the principle of induction.

Induction affects our brains, and more specifically affects our brainwaves in the same way. It is called EEG induction. If you stimulate the brain at a certain frequency or rhythm, the brain will be induced because neurons begin to respond and vibrate at the same frequency.

For example, if you listen to music with a rhythm of 10 hertz, you will feel relaxed because your brain will begin to focus on this frequency and reproduce the rhythm in the music. You automatically generate more brain waves at 10 Hz and enter a relaxed Alpha state of mind with no effort.

In fact, almost any repetitive stimulus applies to your brain or body. Whether it's sound, light, visual images, vibration or the sensation of electricity, it can cause changes in electrical activity in your brain. You may be experiencing EEG induction without realizing it. For example, you feel high naturally because of the dance music in the ballroom, or you want to sleep because of the bump in the car. These are all the reasons for inducing.

For thousands of years, primitive culture has relied on induction to inspire emotions and souls through breathing skills, visual stimulation, music and dance rituals, so that our bodies can be restored to their best state. Monks beat drums repeatedly, chanting Buddhist sutras, Indian healers, Sufi Islamic ascetic monks and yogis in their way. These facts have been documented in many countries. Many people believe that people of primitive, ancient cultures realized before modern science proved that brain waves and brain waves have the ability to change people's psychological state.

Confucius said, "Music produces a kind of pleasure that human beings can not do without."

Music can reduce the resistance of our skin, speed up or slow down our breathing, improve our sleep, increase or decrease our heart rate and blood pressure, increase the elasticity of our muscles, and change the frequency of brain waves.
