With the accelerated pace of social development, the pressure from life, work and family is also increasing day by day, which makes our physical and mental burdens too heavy, and the irregular life leads to more people in sub-healthy state.

Sub-health is not an organic disease, but it reflects the symptoms of various diseases. Since there is no effective treatment for sub-health, sub-health people have to rely on drug treatment. However, drug treatment for sub-healthy people not only can not get a positive therapeutic effect, but also cause great side effects, such as the abuse of antibiotics.

If the average person spends 100 yuan per year on this, the annual medical expenditure in China is as high as 78 billion yuan. Therefore, it is of great social significance to develop non-drug treatment for sub-health in China.

In order to meet the extensive market demand, various health examination service institutions emerged as the times require. Relaxation before physical examination is an important guarantee for normal physical examination indicators. Somatosensory music therapy is an effective tool to help people improve sleep and relax quickly.

According to the cooperative research between our laboratory and Beiyi Group, using thermal scanning technology, the asymmetric state of human thermal radiation has been greatly improved and transformed into symmetrical state after 30 minutes of relaxation intervention with musical somatosensory acoustics and vibrator mattress. However, the somatosensory vibration sound intervention is still unchanged, almost certainly organic lesions!

This experiment has two practical significance:

1. It is very helpful for pre-intervention treatment of various medical testing equipment to exclude the functional asymmetry of non-organic lesions and improve the accurate judgment performance of testing instruments.

2. It proves the positive and effective effect of somatosensory vibration sound on the improvement of human body function.

In fact, the somatosensory music vibration therapy can be applied to relax before various imaging examinations, help customers enjoy elegant music at the same time, get more accurate physical examination results, especially for the medical institutions to improve the service level is very helpful.

To share the life of soul music with Wei Yulin.

The first time I met Wei Yulin was in the Weekend Public Welfare Class, the National Heart-building Program sponsored by Huaxia Psychological Network. As the first group of psychological consultants carefully trained by Huaxia Psychology, she served as an on-site psychological consultant on the theme of the third phase of public welfare activities, "Let the mood be a good medicine for the body".

See you again. Qingsu Chinese-style Tulle jacket, black trousers, Wei Yulin reminds people of the righteousness of Beijing Opera, dignified manner, high-pitched tone, solid language and steady movements. Wei Yulin's whole face is full of soul, calmness and temperament.

Life experience:

Wei Yulin laughed that her first occupation was peasant. In fact, I clearly understood what she was referring to when she joined the queue in the countryside. Wei Yulin laughed when he talked about the extraordinary experience of nearly being washed away by the flood and struggling to survive in the face of the threat of death. "Three stories of turbulent floodwater mixed with mud, cattle and sheep and other livestock rushed toward me. In a critical moment, the shepherd in front of me stretched out his arm to pull me and saved my life. Man is so small in front of the power of nature, and life is so fragile. Fortunately enough to survive, what is more important than that?

"From peasants, workers to doctors to researchers, from primary schools, universities to graduate students to study abroad. Life experience is the process of social environmental impact, personal planning and hard work. Frustration and hardship are promotion and accumulation, and are precious wealth left by God to oneself.

The present social environment gives us the opportunity to choose and plan ourselves. Why don't you try to make yourself feel the joy of your career and work? Unexpectedly, Wei Yulin had a humorous heart in his quiet and watery exterior. She is currently engaged in the research field of health medicine, is to study how to make people work healthily and happily; the focus is on sub-health diagnosis and treatment methods, including health management and music therapy research.

"Music plays a decisive role in human beings. Music existed before human beings had no language. Human beings create a lot of sounds and music, vent their emotions and affect others, consciously or unconsciously play a role in maintaining and promoting their own and other people's physical and mental health. I noticed Wei Yulin's steady eyes. The target of health medicine is the healthy and sub-healthy people who account for more than 80% of the population.

In the field of health medicine, drug therapy is not advocated, but comprehensive health management and non-drug non-invasive conditioning methods are advocated. In the past five years, the clinical and mechanism studies of music intervention in sub-health state have proved that music intervention is safe and effective, and can be welcomed by the vast majority of people. No one will refuse the beauty and enjoyment of beautiful music.

"Someone once asked me,'Wei Yulin, are you tired of doing so much work a day?' This is my hobby, can people play tired? I feel very successful because I have done my favorite job, which is my hobby and can accompany me for life. Success and failure do not depend on how much money you earn. Wei Yulin suggested that the most important thing in career planning is to "do what you like best and benefit others and society".

Music psychotherapist:

Wei Yulin works in the sub-health Laboratory of the Institute of Clinical Medicine, Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital. Most of her subjects are "patients who are not ill in clinical examination, but feel very uncomfortable" introduced by clinical departments. These patients have both psychological and physical problems. In order to solve the psychological problems of patients, nearly half a century old Wei Yulin enrolled in the training of psychological counselors sponsored by Huaxia Psychological Network and became the first group of professional psychological counselors through the official national assessment. Wei Yulin organically combines his clinical practice with the theory learned in the training of psychological counselors, and establishes a psychological counseling method and technology combined with somatosensory music therapy. Somatosensory music therapy is an art therapy that can improve psychosomatic symptoms.

Wei Yulin introduced that the first step was to improve the negative emotions of visitors and alleviate their physical symptoms. After the improvement of psychosomatic symptoms, patients have confidence in doctors, and then enter the psychological counseling program, often achieve twice the result with half the effort. Wei Yulin recalled a patient he had visited. "A young male patient's blood pressure rose rapidly to 180/90 mmHg within ten days. The cardiologist prescribed some antihypertensive drugs and referred them to me. The patient thought his hypertension had nothing to do with psychology and refused to communicate. After learning about him, I first let him experience somatosensory music therapy. Before treatment, blood pressure was measured at 180/90 mmHg. After 30 minutes of somatosensory music therapy, his blood pressure returned to normal (120/80 mmHg). The patient feels good and asks for counseling on his own initiative.

At present, there is no professional qualification certification for music therapists in China. Wei Yulin said that it is not important whether he is a music therapist or not. What is important is to study music therapy technology and its mechanism steadfastly and do his little to promote the development of music therapy in China.

China is in the stage of rapid economic development. The increase of social stress factors has increased the incidence of sub-health, psychosomatic diseases and lifestyle-related chronic diseases and non-communicable diseases year by year. Therefore, integrated health management and non-drug non-invasive conditioning methods are particularly important.
