Civil servants sleep best among the top ten professions
Why can civil servants rank first in the top ten sleep? Because civil servants live a more regular life, work a regular time, not too much social intercourse, work pressure is not so big and so on.
Recently, the Chinese Doctor Association and other units announced to the society the "2015 National Sleep index report" covering 30 major core cities of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. According to the survey, Henan people's sleep index ranks the 10th in China, which is relatively qualified, but more than 30% of them are "difficult to sleep".
Three reasons for Chinese insomnia: work, money and love
According to the 2016 China sleep index, 22% of Chinese had serious sleep problems in 2015, up from 31.2% in 2016. Chinese insomnia is often related to work (56.2%), the second is worrying about money, the third is tossing and turning for love.
"More than 80% of the patients in the psychiatric department of the hospital have sleep deficiency symptoms." Haiting, vice president of Zhengzhou Eighth People's Hospital and director general of Zhengzhou Mental Health Association, said that the sleep time is enough (6-8 hours), and he feels satisfied and comfortable with his own sleep. When he wakes up, he doesn't feel tired, which is the real sense of sleep.
Four things to stay up late: chatting online, playing games, watching movies and working overtime
According to the 2016 National Sleep index report, the proportion of Chinese staying up late in 2016 reached 22.2%. Among them, men are more likely to stay up late than women, and the younger they are, the more likely they are to stay up late.
Insomnia is a kind of sleep disorder, mainly including two types: one is difficulty in falling asleep, which takes more than 2 hours to fall asleep; the other is that it is easy to wake up early or when there is a little movement in the sleep process, and it is difficult to fall asleep again after waking up.
Insomnia is because sleep late or wake up early and other pathological elements lead to shorter sleep time. The sleep deprived patients include not only these patients, but also those who are not willing to sleep subjectively.
"It can be understood that insomnia is a pure concept of psychiatry, while sleep deprivation also contains sociological factors, which are inseparable from modern people's lifestyle and dependence on electronic products. They just don't want to go to bed at 12 o'clock."
Of the top ten professions, civil servants sleep best
The theme of this year's world sleep day is "improving sleep, healthy psychology". Almost everyone has had abnormal sleep, such as difficulty in falling asleep, waking up early, easy to wake up halfway and difficult to fall asleep again, sometimes even staying up all night.
It's also insomnia, but for different reasons. For example, sleep environment is not good, bad living habits, emergencies lead to emotional out of control and other reasons. Among them, mental disorder is the first cause of insomnia, accounting for 46% of insomnia. Yu Haiting said sleep problems and other mental disorders are often reciprocal causes. Lack of sleep will cause depression, anxiety, and so on, and depression and anxiety patients also have insomnia symptoms, for this part of insomnia, we must first start from depression and anxiety to do treatment.
According to the 2016 China sleep index, the top ten occupations ranked from high to low in terms of sleep index scores are civil servants, sales, financial practitioners, blue collar workers, teachers, advertising / public relations people, corporate executives, medical staff, it practitioners, and media people. The sleep index scores of all occupations have increased, but the media people's sleep index scores are at the bottom for two consecutive years. Medical staff became the most insomnia loving occupation in 2016. More than half of doctors and nurses often suffer from sleep disorders such as insomnia, difficulty in falling asleep, and early awakening.
In fact, not only media people and doctors, sleep disorders have affected more and more young and middle-aged people. Modern people are sleeping more and more late. Many young people are reluctant to go to bed before one or two in the morning. There are many people who like to work in the dead of night and sleep in the daytime.
"For those who have to stay up late because of work, such as those who need three shifts, the most important remedy after staying up late is to make up their sleep and ensure sufficient time for making up their sleep."
In today's society, it may be unrealistic to emphasize that it is necessary to let people go to bed early. Is there any remedy? How to make up for the best health during the day? My advice is to try to create a night environment while sleeping during the day. Specifically: quiet + dark. So if you need to work or stay up late often, it's best to replace the windows in the bedroom with double glazed ones and replace the curtains with blackout curtains. During the day, close the windows and draw the curtains.
If conditions permit, try not to change your good habit of early to bed and early to rise for your health and good sleeping habits. A year's plan lies in spring, and a day's plan lies in the morning. In the morning, when the brain is most awake, we should take this good state to work and study.
