Somatosensory Music Therapy History Music Therapy has existed since ancient times
Music therapy has existed since ancient times. From the analgesia of blowing music in ancient Egypt to the five-tone therapy recorded in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, with the development of science, the theory and form of music therapy have gradually improved, and it has been widely used in various fields, mainly in psychological therapy.
In the 1980s, Dr. Olav Skille, a Norwegian educator and clinical physician, formally put forward the concept of somatosensory music therapy, and successfully developed a low-frequency music somatosensory therapy chair.
During the unified period, Petri Lehikoinen, a researcher in music therapy and special education at the University of Helsinki, Finland, used computer-controlled low-frequency pulsed vibration to generate resonances in specific parts of the body for therapeutic purposes.
In 1985, Byron Eakin of the United States succeeded in commercializing the products of music, body-feeling reclining chair, mattress and so on.
Since 1987, Dr. Komatsu Ming, director of the Japan Music Therapy Alliance, has devoted more than 20 years of effort to excellence, and successfully developed a new high-tech frequency division-expansion-energy conversion technology. He selected 16-150 Hz low-frequency sectors of music waves and converted them into physical waves of tens of microns to thousands of microns, and made mattresses according to the principles of human mechanics. It has completed the embryonic form of somatosensory sound wave system and directly contributed to the establishment of somatosensory sound wave therapy.
"Somatosensory Sound Wave Therapy" has greatly changed the one-sidedness of music therapy. It is a great improvement in the field of modern physiotherapy that the "music" based on psychotherapy is promoted to "wave" which can directly improve human function.
In 2003, Japan's New Sensory Corporation introduced the technology and products of sensory vibration audio into China, and conducted extensive and in-depth cooperation with the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, the Research Institute of the General Administration of Sports, the General Hospital of the PLA and other scientific research and clinical institutions. According to the method of evidence-based medicine, a variety of centralized sample statistics have been made, which satisfy the ultimate conclusion of the National Surgical Research certification.
In 2006, 164 patients with sleep disorders assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were tested by Wei Yulin and Kong Jing of the Sino-Japanese Hospital of the Ministry of Health. The results showed that somatosensory sound wave therapy could effectively improve sleep conditions.
In 2006, the Institute of Physical Education of the General Administration of Sports of China tested 59 elite Chinese athletes (national and international athletes) in active service for more than a year. On August 8, 2007, a successful conclusion meeting was held. The results showed that somatosensory sound wave therapy had a significant effect on alleviating athletes'psychological and physiological fatigue, and even played a certain role in stimulating their potential.
The somatosensory music system mainly resonates with the inherent biological waves such as meridians, bones, muscles, nerves, blood, cells and viscera by amplifying the 16-150 Hz low-frequency signals in music and physical energy conversion, so that people can bathe in the soft and beautiful world of sound waves and produce rapid and deep relaxation and physiotherapy. Vibration waves of hundreds to thousands of microns produced by music fluctuation can activate brain center and cell potential from top to bottom, from surface to inside, accelerate micro-cycle, regulate endocrine, promote metabolism, repair aging organisms, improve human immunity and self-healing ability through physiological and psychological stimulation. Improve the basic health environment of the whole body, let people in entertainment health care, sleep recovery, enjoy treatment!
